Hello,
New to the forums. Quick browse didn't reveal my topic so please link me if you've seen the issue before and save us all some time.
Problem started a couple days ago. I loaded my phone with some music for a roadtrip which took up some memory. I figured it was on the internal, but halfway through the trip, I got a notifcation that my SD card space was running low. I was only taking pictures so I thought nothing of it. Then the phone began to freeze, which it has never done before. On the way home, the phone froze and then wouldn't turn on. Then it turned on, but wouldn't load past the red (M) logo and would cycle through that several times. Eventually it got to the point where the screen was frozen with the (M) off to the side and a white square appeared in the corner of the screen. The displays was becoming really disjointed and laggy. I tried removing the battery, removing the SD and SIM cards, finally got it to load after about 8 attempts. Rebooted clean without either card. Then replaced the SIM, left out the SD, and now everything works except now and then it will randomly return to the (M) logo and ATT splash screen, and then resume working as normal (so it's not really rebooting just running that display).
I was thinking the boot issue had something to do with the SD card. Maybe the memory was just too full and it didn't have the space to process a boot?
But then the random reboot/splash screen perplexes me.
Either way, I can't use my SD card now. I was thinking when I get home about power cycling a few times, deleting some extraneous apps, and retrying the SD card, but I really don't want to lose my phone again. Any ideas?
Thanks
