Pre-order shipping confirmation?

Just a heads up that legacy SERO Premium customers are being asked to change their plan when activating.

I am on the phone with sprint right now trying to get this resolved.

What are they trying to make you change to? I know if you activate a new smartphone with SERO-P ($40/moth) you need to pay an additional smartphone fee bumping you up to $50/month. Are they saying something different?
 
Where abouts do you live in Atlanta Luca? I live in Gwinnett. Hope LTE is on and will be able to hit up where I am!

I'm in Stone Mountain so we should get our phones around the same time not to far from Gwinnett. If you get your's first let me know if you have LTE hope its active lol

I asked Sprint support before I pre-ordered the phone about this same issue. They told me that the only change (for me at least) would be the extra $10.00 premium data fee that I wasn't paying before so I would be paying the $50.00 a month instead of the $40.00.
 
LOL I'm at work also. My friend is waiting at my house on ups. As soon as it comes she is bring it to me since i get off at 7:30 pm 12 hour shifts suxs lol. Hope rooting is the same way as the verizion version. This wait is killing me I'm torturing myself by watching how to root videos lol.

I think it is more of a coding issue than an actual restriction.

They probably need to just update their system.

Did they take care of the issue for you when you called them or are you still dealing with them?

Still dealing with it. You might as well wait until they fix whatever needs fixing in their system before you try to activate.

I'll post when it is resolved.

was just on the phone with sprint for over an hour trying to activate the phone. apparently its not in the system yet and they have to manually add it. also it looks like they are trying to send us the phone partially activated because the rep said that it was showing that i had two phones on the same line, which she mention was impossible to do.
 
Mine just arrived. Will attempt to activate it by calling Sprint
