Thanks, but my question is which one do you think looks better and what are the main differences between the two color shiftings.

The colour shift is more prominent on red and this colour looks amazing(may be because i am a fan of red)My second choice would be Blue (i haven't seen silver yet)

You didn't understand my question. I live in Europe and I would like to know how it works in USA: when you return something just because you don't want it anymore, do you have to pay the shipping costs?

I understood the question. Yes as an international customer in canada, i am required to pay shipping fees, but as i mentioned there are ways to avoid that.

It depends on retailer, some provide prepaid shipping label and some don't. Some charge restocking fees and some don't. So it varies from every company how their return policy is set. In case of HTC/digital river in the US you have to pay for return shipping yourself but they don't charge any restocking fee.

For me the red was too red, was hoping for more of an orange to match my car...LOL..

So I received my Solar Red version here in the UK on Monday and unfortunately, I'm thinking it's a bit too pink like I think someone else mentioned.

If it was a more solid red on the rear, or tinted to a more orange/ gold colour with 'less of an angle' I suppose I should say, I wouldn't be too bothered, but from a few people I've asked, they have said it seems more of a "girly phone" in this colour.

Purchased direct from HTC and paid via PayPal, so I'm hoping there won't be any issues if I want to return it. I'm even thinking I won't go for the Amazing Silver as 'most people' seem to get that one, and instead go for the Sapphire Blue. My head needs a good scratching, that's for sure.

I got the red and am very pleased with it. It's well personal preference really but, I'm thinking the red is more of a unisex. As are all these colors. So I'm trying to figure out how you came to with the term "girly" for this.
