Pre-ordering accessories?

I went to the Samsung store yesterday to pre-order the LED cover for the ultra also launching March 6th!
Bummer,I was told that the lineups for phone pickup is gonna be mad on Friday.

Pre-orders for the phone? Why would they be mad? Did the store say the shipment wasn't coming in? If the phone won't be there, the store should let them know ahead of time.

I didnt preorder any accessories. Was trying to preorder through Samsung but had major issues with the site not working right, preordered through Besr Buy and that way they didnt have option to preorder accessories.
