My vodafone account just upgraded to my new plan, so finally getting somewhere. for everyone on vodafone, if your account hasn't changed to you new one, go on live chat, ask them if your order is 'stuck' and tell them to process to manually, they will say you will need to cancel first (you don't) or they will do it for you. if you get someone who won't do it, leave the chat and start a new one
