Ordered mine at 5:30 AM (Eastern) on Monday and didn't get mine, so they must have ordered right at midnight to get through the loophole.

I just called and they told me they were not charging for phones until the 27th. At that point your order status should change...

It's my understanding they don't charge until the phone ships. Free 2-day delivery means they charge on the 27th so that it arrives at your door on the 29th.

I just pre-ordered mine with free 2-day FedEx shipping, will arrive on 4/29. My out-of-pocket cost, including New Every Two discount was $149 + tax = $160.00.
