the video i posted said he ran it without rooting and it worked fine, and two of the other ones(dont remember which) claimed that they were not rooted, so who knows?

Hmm, kind of a neat app. I remember when I went phone shopping and seriously looked at the WebOS based line of devices. I just didn't trust Palm to be able to pull it through over Android (Partly because of Google's track record with hooking users on their products and partly because I believe in the open source philosphy).

All you had to do was look at the old Palm Pilot to see that Palm gets complacent way to quick.

Exactly Manny, I'm also making a clean break. Time to break old habits, not hang on to them. No webos style launchers for me. Besides it looks complicated and probably hogs resources...

Huh. I can't seem to get "Itching Thumb" to work for me. It just puts up a wallpaper with a greyed out center section and won't come up with a double-tap of the Home button.

Anybody have an Evo 3d that got it to work?

Could not make a clean break, I put the Pre ringtone on my new EVO 3 D
