Our account is in my wife's name and I walked into Bestbuy and Sprint and added lines and upgraded lines with no problem. I do know that I'm an authorized user on the account but the part when you state, "Once again, authorized users cannot add or remove lines, but they can process upgrades and change features on existing lines." cannot be that true or at least it isn't in my case.
It may be also because we're married too. idk. All I do know though is I can't wait for my GN![]()

Edit: Sorry, second to last sentence. Most sales people will let you do anything as long as you have the passwords, that's the reality of it. They would rather make the sale. Technically speaking, the carriers do not permit it though.
