Prevent safe mode

[Android Central Question]

I have a samsung A5 and want to prevent safe mode boot as it overrides applockers, etc. That I have installed. I want to lock or disable the feature entirely. I have explored some options such as kiosks, and have gotten close to what I would like, but I was wondering if anyone knew of an alternate option that did not impact the phone's function quite as drastically. I am not opposed to paying for a service or app if I must, but I would like to consider as many options as I can.
