Price Match

does anyone know how long this price match will last? I cant upgrade till the 1st of the yr then im going to go get the N2

My understanding that this was a Best Buy policy to last "through the holidays", so not sure if it will be in place after the 1st of the year. Hope so!

The online price matching ends by January or sometime in January. After that they'll price match only local competitors. But if the online matching got them a lot more business they may keep it indefinitely. I would check online as they announced how long it would last online.

Dang it! I just picked one up on Friday for $150 from best buy with the price match. You guys think BB would refund the difference?

As long as you do it within 30 days they will price match. If the amount in difference is less than $250 they will give it back to you in cash.

$99 on Amazon. I wonder if Best Buy will go that low.

That's crazy! I just price matched for the $150. My last day to price match is today. I wonder if they will do it again. That's another $50. I'll try it again and see what happens.

Just tried to get my local Best Buy to price match. No luck. Not even at the $150 price it was yesterday.

Walmart.com has the Titanium for $139.99 and the White for $329.99. Not sure why the big difference but BB should match the Titanium price.

Just went to best buy and after they just price matched the $150 New price for my renewal 2 days ago they just matched it again for the $99. Got back 50. Best buy is definitely doing it right. I hope this helps their bottom line because it means more and better options for the consumer. Thanks again best buy!

If the local didn't do it try another store if it's not too far. If you don't have that option then call the 1800 customer number. They will usually help you out. Best buy right now is trying to improve their customer experience.

Guess I will have to try the 1800 number. The second Store I tried would price match, but only for the upgrade price of $199 that Amazon is selling it for.

On 11/21/12 I bought the Titanium Note 2 for $229.99 price matched Walmart.com. Today I saw. Walmart.com had it for $139.99. Walked in told the guy at the Customer Service desk, he verified it and handed me my $90 plus tax. Great experience all around.

That's same experience I had. 2nd price match the guy didn't even look up the price. He just price matched it on the spot no questions asked. First time they checked and then just asked what price I saw and they said "ok, here you go" and gave me the new price even though I got a renewal. Everything worked out perfectly, today was my 30th day.

Went back and got $50 back on my best buy card. Might have to go back and pick up another Note2 for the wife because her palmm pre went to crap.

I was able to price match on Nov. 11 to $250. I would love to save an additional $150 or even $100. I have a Silver Premier Reward Zone card so I have a full 60 days to do the price-match. However, the lower prices I've seen tend to be for a new account (vs. an upgrade) so I'm wondering if BB actually distinguishes or if they just look at the price without trying to figure out whether you were an upgrade or new customer and match the price. It sounds like it might just be a matter of luck of the draw, so I might have to go print out the lowest price I've seen online and take my chances...

I'm going to be trying this thursday.... adding a new line and using an upgrade, hopefully i can get both for $99....
