I called HH Gregg back and she said there still out and it was a sale for 399 and now it's going to be back up to 499 when the get more in. I called BB back and am now told HH Gregg is the only company they don't price match with and I don't get it. A couple of you got the credit and she keeps telling me I would if I could but we don't price match HH Gregg. I asked for a Supervisor and said I've called 3 times already and now he is telling me about the 25 mile radius. BB and HH Gregg aren't to far from my house I can shop at either one and I told him I would be glad to return this and start shopping there. I am on hold while he researches more into it. I still think HH Gregg made a mistake she said no it was a sale price on Friday and there out of stock now.

I spoke with a customer srvc rep. this morning from hhgregg. She said my order for the $399.00 was in process but would not be ready for shipping for a day or two. I used standard shipping, so she said I won't know as fast as the fast shipping buyers. I could even be subject to a back order if they sold more than inventory. I am cool with waiting since I'm getting $100 off. I think Friday 13th gets a bad rap, it's pretty lucky in my book.

Well I got lucky too today cause I called Best Buy back after being told the only store they don't price match is HH Gregg which I didn't believe and I was told about the 25 mile radius thing which she didn't even mention that the other day she just flat out said we don't price match to that store. I said well I have an HH Gregg 5 minutes away from me one way and a BB 5 minutes away from me the other way and I can return this and buy from them and they connected me to a supervisor who actually got me the credit. Got an email tonight saying a 106 bucks was being credited to me so I was really excited.

So I checked this am and I finally did have the refund hit my bank account. Very pleased with my prime @$500.... even more so now that it was only $400.

I called hhgregg today, I'm on the back order train. Oh well, at least the are honoring the $399.00 price. Should have inventory in 1-2 wks.

I can confirm that HHGregg did have these for $399. My first prime from Best Buy was jacked with the black bars issue. So I ordered from HHGregg when I saw for $399 and got it within like 4 days. Took the busted one back to Best Buy for a full refund. New one from HHGregg is a CHAMP! I love this thing.

I still think HH Gregg goofed realized it and took it right off. Glad people got out for that price. When I called she said it was a one day sale only and sold out quick. I'm also glad BB matched there price too.

Finally getting my Prime from HHGregg for the $399.00 price. I used standard shipping so it put me out of the ones that were in stock on Jan 13, what a wait this has been. UPS is delivering it today, but I might miss it since I’m still at work and will have to go pick it up, but will be worth it. Shipping was only $15.00, so all around a great deal. Can’t wait to see how this baby can fly, I’ve been reading a lot of posts and hope I don’t have all the issues that have been popping up. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that since this one may have been on the later assembly lines, they worked out some of the issues with the later models. I’ll keep you all posted. Can’t believe HHGregg followed through on this, I was worried they were going to re-nig on the deal. Kudos to them.
