Hmm not familiar how to get around that.I'm thinking that my printers may not have IP Addresses? They are showing as Virtual Printer Ports as seen on the attached screenshot

I usually get around it by downloading my documents to Google drive on the phone then log into my computer and open Google drive there and print , your welcome! Good luckThanks for taking the time to try to figure this out. It could very well be something that I did that caused it - I don't know. I'll continue to mess with it and hope something suddenly resolves it![]()
