It's worth a shot, find the IP address of the printer and use that and see if it prints

Thanks, I'll have to look for a way to do that today. It has been very useful being able to print from the phone and I would hate to lose that option. Appreciate the efforts here guys.

I'm thinking that my printers may not have IP Addresses? They are showing as Virtual Printer Ports as seen on the attached screenshot

Thanks for taking the time to try to figure this out. It could very well be something that I did that caused it - I don't know. I'll continue to mess with it and hope something suddenly resolves it

I usually get around it by downloading my documents to Google drive on the phone then log into my computer and open Google drive there and print , your welcome! Good luck
