Generally it only works with a Samsung printer.

I use Cloud Print from from the Play Store. Works well with my Cannon. I use it on my Nexus 7, also.

I just downloaded Printer share. Pricey, but it works. WiFi and Bluetooth. And, your computer doesn't have to be on.

Cloud Print is a Google App and its free.

I don't see a cloud print app made by Google in the play store.

Google doesn't have a cloud print app of their own. Google provides the cloud printing service and APIs, but left the app development to 3rd parties.

You'll have to decide if you want to trust the app. Seems legit.
