Printing Concerns

When i send something from my samsung s7 to print on my hp photosmart 5520 printer - the printer prints a blank sheet - when i print from laptop prints without problem. Have any of you run into this problem?

I have the HP Photosmart 6510. I also tried the HP Print Service Plugin and couldn't get it to print.

However I did get it to print using the HP ePrint app.

The first time you open ePrint it asks you for an email address to send the PIN to. When you receive the email open it to get the PIN. Enter the PIN in the ePrint app to complete activation.

What also works is the HP printer's built-in ePrint app. If I go into the settings it will display its unique email address. If I send an email to that address the printer will print it. The address will be something like xyza33eiou789@hpeprint.com

I have a Canon setup and if i try to print a document from an email it gives me a blank page. So now i take a screenshot and print that no worries.
