Printing emails

I had the Iphone till a week ago, and when I printed to my HP printer at home, let's say printing out an email, it printed exactly like it showed and should print. However on this Note 3 using the HP printer app, the email gets shrunk to about half the size and its given a grey background. Any ideas on how to get it to print as WYSIWYG? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried using Google cloud print as opposed to the HP print app??
