Privacy Protection Missing

I could not find privacy protection in my new huawei mate 8.

Welcome to Android Central! I didn't see anything in the manual about it. http://consumer.huawei.com/ch-en/support/products/manuals/detail/mate8-chen.htm?id=66563. Did a previous Huawei phone have this? Are you sure it wasn't a 3rd party app feature?
