Problem buying from HTC store

I bought the 'HTC One Unlocked' from the HTC shop. I got an 'order confirmation' email and immediately after that I got an 'order cancelled' email.
However, the system did charge my credit card. Why did this happen? I already contacted support but haven't got any answer... anyone having the same issue?

Good chance is that your bank caught it as fraud and declined the charge. For you credit card part, it's maybe hitting it with a pending payment but it should be refunded back two or three days.
