Problem: cannot find developer options after activating it.

Tapped Build number 7 times and it doesn't show up. Anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Not sure which carrier you have, but on AT&T when developer mode is unlocked it shows up at the very bottom of Settings.

It's there, I have Verizon also. Let me ask you a question when you tap the build 7 times did you see the count down as you were tapping build. If so go back to settings and look at the last part of settings were the color of the symbols are green at the left, you should see date and time, accessibility, help and the next one should be developer options.
