Problem Flashing froyo.. Please help

So Before the froyo leak I've never tried to flash but I want froyo pretty badly so I gave it a shot. i downloaded everything I seen in that party but I downloaded the update zip and dl30.zip with my phone and after a factory reset ii used odin successfully and got to a green menu (the post said cwm red but mine was green) and navigated down to the dl30 zip just to have it fail to open. Am I doing something wrong? Should I download everything with my computer and transfer the files over? And is there a specific folder they should be in.? Thanks
Ps: my phone has been acting funny ever since but I'm still on ea28

Because it is a larger download I would try to do it from a computer and transfer it over... The files should just be on the root of your SD card

That's broken in 2.2 sadly enough. I use vlingo anyway though so i'm not too broken up about it.

Yeah, keep in mind this is a leaked build, and an unfinished one at that. All these bugs should get worked out in subsequent releases
