problem in turning on wifi in my mob

hi, am using samsung galaxy r mobile in that the wifi is not turning on i cant able to use wifi in my mob , i just searched mac address in settings but it shows unavailable , now what i have to do , to turn on my wifi? thanks in advance ---dhina

No mac Address generally means hardware failure. It is also possible your Bluetooth my have stopped working too. It needs a trip to the repairers as it sounds like you may need a new motherboard
