problem losing all sound when toggling flightmode, anyone else?

Anyone else have this problem?

Every night I use flightmode, I then have to check my alarm clock sound works by selecting a sound for the alarm, more often than not it doesn't play a sound, even though all of my volumes are maxed out

I ring my phone, again, silence, it simply loses all sound even though the settings report max volume

I restart my phone, it's then fine..

On every occasion, pretty much daily, this happens, a restart sorts it

I used to have a HTC hero and that was exactly the same believe it or not, a bug that still exists maybe?

It's really frustrating, anyone else get this? It only happens when I use the flight mode widget
