problem opening pdf in yahoo

I get this message.

The application Quickoffice (process com.90.android.moto) has stopped unexpectadly. Please try again.

When I called Verizon for support they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have a task killer installed?

yes. should I disable it for Yahoo and or Quickoffice?

Most everyone on here does not even run a task killer. That's a good place to start I think. Uninstall it and see what happens with your PDF. You can always get it back. Just reboot your phone after uninstalling.
