Problem regarding S pen for Samsung Note 5

It is taking 15 sec to get sensed after I detach S pen. Once I remove it from next time it takes 2 to 3 sec. If I don't use it for long time again the same problem exists. Please provide me a solution.
I have never dropped it down nor ever used it rashly.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure--have you ever accidentally inserted the S Pen the wrong way? That can damage the sensor that tells the phone when the S Pen is removed.
