Problem sending videos on WhatsApp

you have to add a caption every time you send a video or picture.

Tried that, still doesn't work.

I gor this very same problem and just asked my wife to send the video using another chat tool (in my case we used Hangout) and the video came just fine and I could see it with no problem.
So there was nothing wrong with the video.
This is just a Whatsup bug.

I have this strange issue with a Google Nexus 5X with latest android version.

Suddenly Whatsapp stopped sending videos (they get stuck at 50% or 99%). Could be that WhatsApp has a maximum capacity permited for videos or something in a certain period? (the user sent via whatsapp 1.6GB of videos in the last 15 days, this issue started 2 days ago ).

Most of the videos are recorded with the Google camera app (1080p 24 or 30 fps). And some others are generated by Google Photos assistant as a "Movie". Even if i record a 7 seconds video (with a size of 7MB) whatsapp fails to send it unless i cut 1 second (and the size is changed to 250kb).

hi friends, i faced the similar problem with my handset ZTE .whenever i send videos that i captured from my phone it is not reproduced as it should be in the receptors handphone。but , the receptor can see running lines...finally i found a solution

I stopped sending videos directly prefering a click on the pin clip that appears in the border line of the whatsapp and further clicking videos and selecting videos on my friends whatsapp account but....

If i want to send a video i just open my gallery icon in the phone menu> ,then press the videos >camera videos > select the particular video clip and look at the top border line to select whatsapp >then my friends whatsapp account and give a press to send the.video.This worked well till now.nobody complained but made remarks of the videos commenting the subjects.sure give a try...thanks

When i forward videos from WhatsApp to WhatsApp it works, but when i try to send new video(saved vides) to WhatsApp, i cant send it.
I can see text "Send video" and below this text i see can the person name whom i want to send video and a back arrow icon and nothing else.
There is no send video button or option available in WhatsApp when i upload a new video.
Can someone help me out please.
