Problem to disable "Google duo" app.

The "Google Duo" application has a bug.
Until about two months ago, it had remained disabled according to my choice. Then, he started waking up and having an update on the play store. By repeating the deactivation and uninstallation process, the problem recurs after about 24 hours. I proceeded with a backup and restore, but nothing has changed.
Why after deactivating and uninstalling from the smartphone, does it reactivate itself with an update on the play store? Why didn't you do it until recently?

I've got the Lg g6 smartphone (european edition).

We haven't done anything, this is down to Google who we have no affiliation with.

Welcome to Android Central! It may have to do with Google starting to integrate Duo into the Phone app as the native video calling option.
