Problem upgrading to 5.0 on Nexus 5

Google pushed the update to my phone and I clicked to download the file. When the download finished the phone restarted but took me to the bootloader. I have no idea what to do next. Please help!

When I reboot the phone/system, everything is still the same. No update has been applied. Where do I find the file?

Weird, OTA normally works fine!?

There is a guide on manually updating to Lollipop on Android Central if you feel like giving it a go. I have very little knowledge on these things but the walkthrough was easy.
