Problem with device

I deleted 'media' under miscellaneous files mistakenly. Now if i want to upload files on the net i don't see 'gallery' in the dialog box that usually appears. Ive also lost lots of music. What do i do?

Would suggest backing up data (to Google) and performing a master reset.
