Problem with Galaxy S2 4G

My mum was using her Galaxy S2 4G and these problems started to appear.

• Mail app crashing the phone
• Music and photos not appearing in Music Player or Gallery

Please help since she is angry

Regarding the mail app, this may be fixed by clearing the cache via system settings > applications > mail app.

With the music and photos, double check that these files are on the sd card. You can use a file manager, such as Astro file manager, to see contents of the sd card. Let us know how things go.
