Problem with Google Play

I have a problem with Google Play store.
When I download/update an app it stopes downloading at 50%.I tried deleting cache,data,unactivating but nothing helps.And a new problem poped up-after activating Google Play the last time it doesnt update and stays on version 4.8.20 .I clicked on the version number to update it ,says it will update but nothing happens.
What could the problem be?
I am using Lenovo A536 with Android 4.4.2

Welcome to Android Central! Did the phone come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to manually install it?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

Thanks for the help , but it didnt help.I reseted my phone and it works perfect.
