Problem with HTC E9 Plus

I have been using HTC E9 plus for more than six months. Suddenly, its wi-fi and Bluetooth stop working. Then I click on Wi-Fi for turning no nothing happens. What should I do now?

Does it happen in Safe Mode as well? How to turn on safe mode on Htc One E9
