Problem with JB Bluetooth

I installed JB this morning and all seems to work except the bluetooth. I used to be able to connect my phone hands free, play audio to my car and transfer files to my PC using bluetooth connection. Now the connections do not work. I notice my PC pairs with my Razr Maxx and then reports the phone is "off-line". The phone bluetooth symbol at the top of the screen remains white instead of turning blue showing it is connected. Could use some help if anyone has any ideas.
