Problem with maps.me : can't create route

[AC Question]

Hello,
I installed maps.me on my samsung galaxy ace II, I downloaded all the maps for all the regions.
I can create the route when the destination is in the same region, but as soon as I try to go to a location in another region, I get a system error (Impossible de create route due to an error in application. Try again)
Has anyone already have this kind of bug? How can I get rid of it?

Thank you for your answer. I made a proper reinstallation of it, cleaning everything else too, and now it works. Hope this can help another user
