Problem with Menu screen??

Hi guys,

I dont know if there is a problem with my menu screen or a glitch or something or if its normal....

But it look off for some reason......Can you have a look and let me know of its normal?

Attaching an image. Main issue is: Is that bar at the top where you see MENU and WIDGETS across the top of the screen, is that normal?

EDIT: cant upload image? - Main issue is when I enter the menu by pressing the Menu button on my S4 home screen it takes me to the menu but at the top I can see MENU and WIDGETS across the top , above my icons. Is that normal?
