Problem with my GALAXY S2

when i turn on my bluetooth settings my handset (SAMSUNG GALAXY S2) is automatically restarts. i couldn't perform any application of bluetooth. and in notification area am notified with a bluetooth symbol with an question mark subscripted on it. how to resolve it.:''''(
