Problem with Samsung SDCX 64GB card mounting...

Hello, Does anyone know why I would have a problem mounting a brand-new blank Samsung Micro SDXC UHS-I 64GB card on a brand-new Blu Studio 6.0 HD phone? The storage ap tells me to "mount card" which I have tried numerous times. I have tried taking the card out and putting it back in when off and on and when the mounting process starts the phone immediately goes back to its internal storage setting without showing available external storage even though it quickly detected a "blank storage card". Thanks for any input you can give me!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to test the card in another phone? Or insert it into a computer and see if the computer can read it?

The card is formatted as exFAT and it has an SDXC interface. The phone can only handle up to FAT32 and an SDHC interface. IOW, the largest card the phone will handle is 32GB.
