Problem with temporary mute

Hey brain trust,

My wife has an S25 and we're having problems with the temporary mute setting. We'll set that for a time and it doesn't reliably revert back to the original ringer state. Lately, it's been getting stuck on vibrate for some reason. I've tested it for 10 minutes, 15 minutes, even two and a half hours, and it works, but then the next time she'll try using it for 15 minutes and it won't work. She's tried setting it for three hours, and it won't work. We cannot figure out a pattern. It seems very random, but the problem is it's very unreliable.

Does anyone have any suggestions or tips that we can try for preventing this error from happening?

where is the temp mute setting, i'm away from phone!!

i mute/unmute when phone can be used!!

Sounds and Vibration >
Choose Mute.

Sorry, I never used that feature. So I can't comment about reliability.
Did you guys try making a routine instead ???
Routines are more reliable than many regular phone features. And you can make more than one depending on your needs.

Since this is built into the OS might have to report a bug , also if you can try in safe mode for a day which will disable 3rd party apps .

Make sure your not on adaptive power saving mode or any power saving mode .

Are you in one UI beta 8.5?

I've not played much with routines. Will definitely look into that next!
