Problem with the power button

I only got my Note 2 for barely a week and realised that the power button is a little loose (especially on the upper part, if you look at it vertically). I did some research (Um... Google), it seems to be a common problem with Samsung devices, like the SIII... ?

I have no problem with it and is 100% functional (I think/hope). I am a little concern if it might falls off or stop working one day soon.

What do you guys think? Should I bring it back... or something... Maybe I am being over sensitive.

Thanks!

take it back. you paid S#!^ ton of money for it, it should be perfect out of the box

The button has a curve on the inside so that it can fit into the case without sliding all the way through and out the other side. The body of the phone holds the actual button for power. The piece you touch merely floats on top. Unless you break the inside of the button you should be fine. Mine is a little loose as well.

Having come from iphones I can now appreciate the design quality of thise products. If iphone had a 5.5" screen I probably have never left.

I was two steps away to do so. The only thing holding me back was the fact I might have to deal with the sales representative. Ha.

Um... I see and yes, the upper part was kind of floating when I touch it. Well I will try not to break it lol if I do, I hope they can fix it.

Thanks guys!

I know what you mean. I wouldn't say it's totally loose. It's just kind of how their buttons are. You should have no issues from it for the life of your phone.
