First of all, hello. I'm the new guy here. I've had my HTC Merge for a handful of months now and while I'm not the biggest fan it still serves its purpose.
Anyway, I have a question. I just hooked up my phone to my PC via USB, mounted the drive, and had the computer automatically download my photos and videos (and a buttload of annoying thumbnails). For some reason, of the 11 videos I took, only 6 of them are viewable via Windows Media player in this weird "3GPP" format. I keep getting the "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing this file." The idea was to take the videos, put them on my computer, and then somehow edit them to flow (recorded 1-2 minute segments of the thunderstorm outside - it's awesome being 23 stories up in a dorm).
Of course, nothing ever goes my way when it comes to computer software... Any help would be highly appreciated. Just ask if you need any other information from me, as well.
