Problem with vlingo on the nexus

Hello,

I'm using the latest version of VLINGO but the stock 4.02 that came from Verizon. VLINGO works OK most of the time but I find it frustrating that when I activate it via my headset I have to wake the phone for it to start listening. On my Galaxy SII, it worked beautifully without that glitch.

I usually keep my phone in my pocket so I'd prefer not to have to take my phone out of my pocket to wake it before I can use my BT headset to make a call. Is there a way around that on this phone?
