Hello there. Just purchased an unlocked S9+ its on Sprint. Voicemail notification says I have 24 voicemails. I have none. I cant seem to clear the notification no matter what I try. Spent an hour with Sprint tech last nite and they have no clue either. Tried all the steps that used to work on my old phone. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Is your voicemail inbox already set up? Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure the number is correct for Sprint.
Is the notification in the status bar, or are you talking about the unread count badge on the icon?
