Problem with wallpaper in Go Launcher

I have Go Launcher set to scrollable wallpaper but this happens:

It cuts it off. I've used different sized wallpaper but it happens each time. Even with 720x1280 which is the size you're supposed to use, correct?

Well, I don't have help, but I'm suffering from the same problem (and I was just getting ready to post about this same issue).

I am using ADW EX launcher, though, so it isn't just your launcher. And I had the same problem when I was using the stock TouchWiz launcher.

I know it isn't ADW EX or ICS though as I am using that launcher and that OS version on my Asus Prime and it scrolls just fine.

Some setting in the S3 is preventing the scroll. There is an option in ADW to enable/disable the scroll but all it does is give that black side area you pointed out.

Very annoying. Scrolling wallpapers are very nice. I love them on my Prime.

Has anyone gotten a wallpaper to scroll on the S3? Either stock or with ADW or Go?

Ok, after some more internet searching some workarounds have been discovered. Apparently this is a "Samsung" issue as the problem also exists on the Note.

One possibility is to use a "Wallpaper app" such as Zedge or Wallbase and set the wallpaper from WITHIN the app. That works fairly effectively. But the main drawback is you can't use your OWN wallpapers...only ones found ON their site.

Or you can use an app called SCROLLING WALLPAPER whose existence seems to be to fix this issue in the S3. I have now tested both methods and both work just fine. Scrolling is smooth on the S3 and working just like it should (to the best of my discerning). This method allows you to use any wallpaper you want...even ones you have downloaded on your own.

I wish there was a way to "fix" the issue without use of an app, but all three apps are small and quite effective.

EDIT - I forgot to mention, there is also an app called Wallpaper Wizardrii that is supposed to do the same thing. The other methods worked for me, so I never got around to this one. But I figure it's only fair to put it on the list as it is supposed to also fix the issue.

Had some issues day one with wallpapers on go launcher. First everything froze. Then it dissapear only to go back to touchwiz. Havent had a problem since day one. Go launcher seems to stick now.

Meh. I just disabled scrollable wallpaper. I sent an email to the devs.

Wish they would fix it.

Sorry, but may I ask what fixed this problem? What did u do? I'am currently experiencing the same bug/glitch ur having on my Galaxy Tab 10.1
