Problem with youtube - won't play more than a few seconds

I haven't used youtube directly much on the X, but I went to try to see a video today and the video would freeze after only a few seconds. This happened no matter which youtube video I picked.
I then went to the market and updated to the lastest version of YouTube (2.0.26) - still the same problem.
I rebooted the X - still the same problem.
This is happening whether I am on a WIFI connection or through Verizon 3G.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is the problem the X in general, youtube, or my phone in particular?

I had the problem until I downgraded via the option in the market and then rebooted.

I used to get the problem on 3g only, wifi never had issues, but seems as though if you hit the High and low quality buttons, sometimes it defaults to either in a vid, it will load the other option much faster, if you see what I'm trying to say.
