Problem woth Viber on Alcatel Pixi 4027D

[AC Question]

I was using Viber smootly for a longer period. Now suddenly it wont show visual elements (stickers, pictures, videos) when someone send me, or sticker market. I deleted viber and reinstaled it and even restored my phone to factory settings and reinstaled Viber but problem remains.

Welcome to the forum. Did you receive an update to Viber recently, as I've seen related questions? As it appears to be a problem with Viber I would suggest you contact their tech support and see if they can help. I can't think of anything to offer.
