Problems After Enabling Full Immersive Mode?

Sorry but the way the forum works now, the threads, even the ones you create doesn't get subscribed to automatically, I post here a lot and is hard to keep track of all of them.

All good, I wasn't mad or anything, just pointing it out.

Interesting, I must have read it wrong. Any experience with Shortcutter? I'm wondering if ones better than the other or if they're comparable. Tiles is a purchase and Shortcutter is free for what I need it for, but I'm willing to spend money on a superior app.

Sorry, can't comment on shortcutter as I haven't used it. Customer support on Tiles is excellent, he went way beyond the price of the app to help me get adb going as it didn't like my PC.

Sounds like something worth paying for...thanks so much for the feedback!

Just wanted to follow up with my experience thus far...

I'm currently using a combination of shortcutter to enable full immersive mode, and swipe navigation to maintain quick and easy navigation in the normal ways along with some added benefits (different edge swipe actions, etc) .... it's been a dream so far and I HIGHLY recommend this setup! Only a few minor issues I've run into with the keyboard in certain circumstances, which I anticipated, but so far it's been pretty darn flawless. Changes the feel of using this phone even more, and I think for the better, especially used in conjunction with Swipe Navigation. Absolutely fantastic!

Has the shortcutter app enabled you to be able to hide the navigation bar more permanently?

I'd like to use swipe navigation, but when swiping up my nav bar reappears (I'm in immersive mode via adb commands).

If I can use the swipe navigation app without pulling up the nav bar, perhaps I'll switch to shortcutter.

No, I don't think there is a way right now to permanently hide the nav bar. I just use swipe navigation on the right edge and I have my edge panel on the left and that seems to work well for me because I use the phone one handed in my right hand only. I have swipe navigation set to Back on the bottom and Recent apps in the middle. I have home on top because I can just reach my thumb in the middle to where the actual home button is and hard press to go home.
