Problems after factory wipe.

After Froyo problems after factory wipe.

Ok so I did the update.zip to Froyo and was having some sluggish operation so as noted in the forums I did the factory wipe and since I did my battery strength disappeared quickly and I can not get Haptic feedback to stop even though it is unchecked. IDEAS?????
