problems after installing new version of android

hi. i've just installed a nev version of android. after finishing, i found out that facebook viber messeger etc icons are deleted. when i go to the playstore and search for them,there's written that i have already installed them.but i cant even see icons.... what can i do?? an also i can't use playstore from mobile.it doesn't work and i have to go there on computer

"Installed" just means that you once installed them. Just tap the Installed button again and the app will install.
