Problems flashing CM 10.1 on my tablet

Hello,
I followed this complete procedure but couldn't be able to update my Android version,

How to Install CyanogenMod 10.1 on Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000

When the Tablet is rebooted it is not CWM Recovery mode, it always enters into the default recovery mode and when i try to install the files it gives following error,

Finding update package ...
Opening update package ...
Verifiyng update package ...
E: failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verification failed
Installation aborted

Welcome to the forums!
I have never seen a root method like this before. I think the recovery either didn't flash, or the stock recovery overrode CWM. You can try flashing it again.
