problems syncing mp3 with windows media player

I use Windows Media Player to rip CDs. Works fine. But when I sync to my Droid Mini, only the mp3 files are copied over and no album art. The album art is okay on my windows laptop, but it doesn't show up on my Droid Mini.

Any ideas/suggestions?
