Problems with 2.3.3. Tons of them. Ideas?

There's a long list of issues I wrote down somewhere but now I can't find them.. so off the top of my head... ever since updating to 2.3.3, a ton of issues arise...

The camera will cause my phone to freeze randomly. It's not always and it's not consistent. When it freezes, it eventually reboots and takes a long time.

The reboot itself takes a long time.

And the camera function sometimes just ceases as if the internal software for initiating the camera is just gone. A reboot fixes this.

When texting, often say when I'm in landscape mode typing, I wont be able to hit backspace anymore. If I back out of the text screen to see all my texts, I'm suddenly up at the very top of the thread (which is really long for some threads). Thus I have to scroll down or just back out and save it as a draft in order to go back in and finish it. I did notice that I can turn the phone portrait style and that takes me back to the bottom and my typing field again sometimes. But it's not consistent.

The voice-to-text thing doesn't work in most cases. It just pretends not to hear me. Though I know my microphone is fine because well, I still use the phone fine plus the voice to text works in one instance (but I forget which instance that was).

I think there were more issues with this OS but I can't recall off-hand. Any one have any of these problems and know what to do? Or at least which e-mail I can write to in order to bring my cases to Google's attention?

Thanks,
DrF

I absolutely refused a factory reset but I finally did it and I'm glad I did. It took all or most of the bugs away and made the phone very smooth. Try it.

did you try a factory wipe as recommended here maybe about 10,000 times?

Not yet, but thanks for the sarcasm. Great way to be greeted on a new forum.

Now an actually USEFUL comment/user could be seen in jecilop who linked me to that thread explaining the intricacies and warnings about doing something major like a factory wipe. I had no idea about AppBrain for instance and I'll have to make sure I use that to make things easier on me to install all the apps I had. I also have to figure out how to back up anything that I can't easily backup, like text messages and such.

So the solution isn't as simple as a factory wipe considering what that would do to my phone's data. It's unfortunate if you feel like you've seen this question or concern too much for your liking, but luckily for me, that's your problem, not mine.

Thank you to everyone else who had something useful to add.
