Problems with Chrome (app)

Hi all,
I have been having issues with my Gnex lately. I think that I have tracked down the culprit. It is Chrome. When I use chrome, my phone heats up very fast. Once it becomes hot, my phone becomes very unresponsive. I have to let it cool off before I can really do anything with it.
This (so far) seems to be limited to chrome. The stock android browser doesn't make my phone heat up anywhere near as much as chrome. The stock browser only makes my phone somewhat warm whereas chrome makes it hot.

Any ideas?

I think Chrome in general is a bit of a memory and CPU hog, so it's not that surprising that it might make some devices run warmer. The stock browser is much leaner. I disabled Chrome on my Razr Maxx, because the stock Browser does everything I want to do while browsing, and a little faster than Chrome as well.

I think Chrome is better suited for more powerful devices like the N7.

Thanks for validating what I was seeing. I am whacking Chrome.

I recommend to try MiniBrowser, it is light and fast and using std stable android webkit engine
